Please note that all forms need to be completely filled out and submitted at least 1 week in advance of the program you wish your child to attend. Each group will be limited to 12 participants per week. The fees for all three programs will be $350 per child for each week. Multiple children in the same family, in the same week will have a 10% discount per child. Each child must be family or of a member or be sponsored by a member to participate.
