BHCC Members:

We are introducing a new member portal for the 2026 season. This portal, called Member Central, will look similar to the portal offered in 2023, but with some new functionality. Through this site you will be able to:

  • View and update your personal information: e-mail, phone number, address, etc.

  • View your member account statement, including recent activity

  • View receipts

  • Pay your balance using a credit card or with your bank account as an ACH transaction

  • View a roster of fellow members

Before accessing your information on the Member Portal you must register and create a new login. Your previous user name is no longer valid. If you need to register, scroll down to First Time Registration, read the information carefully, and follow the steps as outlined in the Member Portal Registration instructions.

First Time Registration

Every member must create a new user name to gain access to the new Member Portal.

If you have not yet created a user name and password to the new portal, click the Member Portal Registration button below to view instructions on how to create your user name and password.

Important! Some information on the Member Portal will not be available for up to 24 hours after creating your user name. Please allow time for the portal to build before attempting to view your statements and account activity or to make a payment.

Account Transactions, Statements and Payments

Members can view their member account balances for the current month and prior months (starting with January 2026), from the summary level to viewing a copy of a receipt. Account payments will be made from the portal as well.
