We are excited to have you all here at Boothbay Harbor Country Club next month and are glad to have such a large group of players for the event. In order to create a seamless experience, we ask that you provide the following information so we can prepare the daily activities. We will get a number of different requests from the group with this form. We will do our best with golf pairings & dinner pairings, but please understand that they may differ from some individual requests.
